Consider any employee in your organization...
If they were the first point of contact with a customer (or last), would they know how to answer basic questions, or leave the right lasting impression?
Would they be aware of current marketing promotions?
Would they know to get help or provide customer service?
Would they be aware of your company's core mission and values? Are their actions and dealings with customers congruent with the plaque on the wall?
Could they point the customer in the right direction?
Are they aware of your core offerings?
Amazing service is the great equalizer in many companies. EVERYONE says they provide a "wow" experience, but only a few actually live up to those promises.
If you want to learn how to do it, you need to make sure everyone in your organization is on the same page.
